(A CASE STUDY OF BRASS LGA BAYELSA STATE) ABSTRACT This research work investigated motivation and teacher effectiveness in private and public secondary schools in Brass Local Government Area, Bayelsa state. 10 out of 47 secondary schools in the Local Government Area were sampled for this study.
