Abstract
The purpose of the study was to assess the effects of teaching and learning physics facilities on physics performance in secondary schools. The study was conducted among form two students of the public secondary schools of Gem District. The area of study was limited to randomly sample secondary schools in the district. The results of other studies, Sobolewski (1993) and Todd et al (2003) have hinted that physics is perceived as a difficult subject and is being evaded by students and teachers.
