Abstract
ABSTRACT The study investigated the influence of motivation on job satisfaction of teachers. The objectives of the study were to find out the overall level of job satisfaction and motivation of teacher. Two research questions and three hypotheses were raised to guide the study. The study employed descriptive survey design. The respondents were selected through purposive sampling technique.
