Abstract
ABSTRACT This research sought to investigate the influence of senior high school teachers' motivation on their work performance. The study also explored the techniques used by head teachers to motivate teachers to improve their work performance. The target population for this study comprised all teachers in the four selected senior high schools in the study area that consisted of total population of 505.
