The primary purpose of this study was to establish the level of implementation of Early Childhood Development service Standards in „Educational Institutions as outlined by the government of Kenya sessional paper No. 1 of 2005 on a policy framework on Education, Training and Research in Ntimaru Division of Kuria East district, Migori County.
