Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to investigate the management of work place - related stress: the case of the Division of Human Resource Management Unit of UEW, Winneba. A sample of forty-five (45) participants was chosen for the study through simple random technique and purposive sampling techniques. Among others, it was found that: staff of the Human Resource Division of the University of Education, Winneba experience stress as a result of doing so many things within a limited time.
