ABSTRACTThe study sought to investigate staff management and teachers’ commitment to job in secondary schools in Yala Local Government Area. Three hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. Literatures related to the variables under the study were reviewed. Survey research design was adopted for the study. A sample of 100 subjects were randomly selected and used for the study.
