Abstract

ABSTRACT This study investigated the effect of family responsibility on work commitment of professional women workers. Two hundred (200) women employees engaged in the financial institutions were used as participants. One hundred and twenty (120) were unmarried while eighty (80) were married. Among the married ones, thirtyeight (38) had children while forty-two (42) had no child. The participants were selected using stratified random sampling method.
